It seems like each time I draw an underwater pic on paper, the scanner doesn't scan it correctly, making it look like the swimmer is swimming in air(which is why I put a blue filter on this pic).
The background is based off of a Mario Galaxy stage, Beach Bowl. I thought it'll be finny to also have a luma in a bikini besides Rosalina, just because.
